How does the API subscription billing work?

All our plans are renewed monthly. Subscriptions will continue to be billed until they are explicitly cancelled.

Any recurring subscription cancellations require a 30-day notice and can only be canceled at the upcoming renewal period. No refunds will be issued retroactively on cancellations.

The following example will illustrate the most common renewal and cancellation scenarios

e.g. If you sign up for a plan on March 15, it will renew on the 15th of every month such as April 15, May 15 and so on.

If you decide to cancel the plan on May 12, the plan will cancel on the next renewal date i.e May 15.

If you decide to cancel the plan on May 16, we cannot retroactively cancel the plan for May 15, instead the plan will be billed to and cancelled on June 15.

Can I upgrade or downgrade or cancel anytime?

Yes. you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time  Click on the “Billing” tab to change your plan.

What happens to my unused credits when I cancel?

If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. If you have any page credits, you can still use our service until it reaches its limit.

What is an API call? Or what do you mean by $5/100 calls?

This means you can make 100 API calls and get details for 100 products for a cost of $5. This could mean 100 products one time each or 1 product checked 100 times.
